Book Review

so i saw two movies last night and one this morning.

the first one one was Jimmy and Judy:
Kind of american beauty meets natural born killers meets blair witch project. Interesting idea that got turned into art house rubbish.

the second movie i watched was becoming jane
sentimental shite. expect a bad recycling of all austen's themes ...with whole passages lifted right out of her novels...that fortunately couldn't end with someone getting married since it pretends to be historical

the third movie is the hoax: this is the only movie i watched worth watching. An aging Richard Gere, with a 70's bad hair, plays a writer who scams his publisher into paying him a million for a fake autobiography of howard hughes...

still have Tarantino's "Death proof" to watch...was saving that for last

that... those genuine nagrokke from the quaker clans, have 'openings'.... to ensure constant modesty? it's the concept of restrained vigour that intriques me.

the nightdresses do not get removed, or lifted above the waist, as is currently the norm. there is a slit - to allow access, without immodest exposure.
a bit much for me, but... the old cotton ones, hitched to the hip. erm, ja. that makes 'sense'.

time to stop squirming, and commune with my guests. nag johnboy.
