On Fidelity
We watched a B-Grade movie last night, where there were a lot of extra-marital doings.
I trust Mr Muffin implicitly, but movies like this get me thinking. And he’s been working long hours for the last few weeks (though this is more likely to have something to do with the fact that I am now back at full volume).
So, I asked him if he would ever be unfaithful.
“No dear,” he replied.
“Gosh. You answered rather quickly. How can you be so sure?”
“Because I know you’d take revenge. And it just wouldn’t be worth it.”
Wise man that.

i get thinking too sometimes. not often, mind - but when el diablo is off on a michigan jaunt and big brother is a gazillion miles away... hmmm. no telling what strange fruits might tempt the lad.

my diablo is like my teeny black bits of underwear - i may reserve them for special occasions and moon cycles, and not use them quite as often as i might, but i sure as shit aint going to let anybody else get into them.
of course, diablo may be just a little more feral than hun... and he admits to being conservative with his truth - in the sharing of it - he's convinced that a cropped and edited version of events isnt quite the same as a lie. bugger.
mind you -what's good for the goose... no? must save this in my
