When teamwork sucks
What is teamwork all about? Doing the job effectively and efficiently. Working together. Knowledge sharing (which does not mean I’m going to do your work for you). Helping each other grow. Contributing meaningfully, together!
But, what happens if the ‘team’ CAN'T play the game? Is one person expected to carry the rest? Why the fuck do we employ incompetent people?
I’m done. I’m not covering anymore and I am not sharing knowledge. Call me selfish but I will only do my bit. I do not get ‘frustration’ pay.
There may not be I in team but there certainly is M.E.

You are right. But I CANNOT handle incompetence and it seems to be walking up to me and introducing itself more often recently.
It is frustrating though that people can't follow simple instructions and get things right. LISTENING is so important.

The whole 'you are only as strong as your weakest link' theory. Then in this link I am going to be the weakest link because this is getting really hard to do now.
