i’m writing my novel
what novel?

the one i never started.
the one i’ll never finish.
the one i choose to believe will fix me;
the same one i know never will.

and if you never start it? said her innocent voice,
if you never finish,
or believe,
or get healed. What then?

So you’ll be just fine.”

What a novel ditty... now get on with it. My philosophy of life is that writing a novel or a book of significance would be the only way to achieve life after death. A book allows people some sort of glimpse at who you were, and allows them to interact with your thoughts long after you have passed on!

I didn't mean me. Writing a book takes the kind of commitment and love of writing that i just don't have at the moment. And there's also that 'talent' thing...
