no time to read;
still less to write,
but he needed to.

so he wrote:

i must not forget. Tomorrow -
my neurons are bewildered
by brain is new york from space;
flashes of you, but you’re nowhere.

but i caught you.
pale blue lines above and below
a red one to mark our beginning
the page ends where we do.

i’m a thin line
on another page
of a five-rand notebook.
but every word
you’ve written on me
has been pure
and natural
and magic.

as if!

this is what it takes to make you blush. mwuahaahaa. so all the nookie chatter from the girls here was wasted?

must file this away in the memory banks for use at an opportune moment :)

Mortilicia

can't blush from nookie chatter - one needs blood in your face for that.

Eish!

you gals make me blush.

Thanks Ladies.

Special, Dex

You and your writing.

Very special.

You know how to take a person places with your poems. Your emotions are so real and come through so strong. Magic!

Sjoe. The sense of disassociation hits you like a hammer-blow in this one. But, its not indifferent either so, perhaps disassociation is not quite the right word. A caleidoscope of feeling lives in this. You really do have a gift with emotive writing. (Lilly bows in respect).

Dextra...

have been hectic too, myself...eish.

This verti,...has such a ethereal quality...it's a stunner dude, pretty much like its writer :)

'my brain is new york from space'

'but i caught you'

'the page ends where we do'

'i’m a thin line
on another page'

love those lines.

gotta go with the arb on this one...

i lost my breath to the same lines... particularly the 'thin line' and 'page ends' ones.

your poems are growing and transforming somehow - theres an abstract quality to this one that intrigues me.... and reels me in.

your mind is a beautiful place.
