Headaches and caffeine withdrawal.

My headaches have eased, with longer gaps in between each attack. Concentration levels have increased slightly but not like they were. Memory retention and recall can be flimsy at times but the doc reckons that time might bring that back.

The hyper choline diet with supplements designed to rectify my acetylcholine defficiency has turned my world upside down. Add in the caffeine withdrawal, no ciggies with painkillers for headaches and I am not functioning on a human level. Some lucid moments though.

Thanks to all for input last week as I was floundering a bit.

sheeet, dude. But think how good you'll feel when it's all over. Caffiene and nicotine are hectic addictions. Give yourself some time. Look after yourself. Breathe.
