First, resize the picture if it’s big. It's the right thing to do.

Upload your picture to an image hosting site, like Imageshack- I’d recommend this one – no registration required.

Click on the ‘Browse’ button and locate the pic on your computer’s file system. Now click on ‘Host it!’ (or perhaps ‘Upload’ if you’re on a different hosting site). This might take a while depending on your www connection and the size of the image.

Now, look for the ‘Direct Link to Image’ URL, and copy the whole thing. THE WHOLE link, from “http:” right to the end. The. Whole. link.

In your post, put this in where you want the pic: <img src = paste http link here>

If this still didn’t work, you’d better start working on those thousand words (the ones that are better that a picture).
