Site Update

Okay dudes and dudettes:

2 things-

Adminguy's been tinkering again. You'll see that you can now write blog entries - much better, methinks, 'cause now you can see all of a specific contributor's entries neatly grouped together. And you can access all your own stuff via the 'My Blog' link in the menu. That's the thing on your left. No, your other left. Unfortunately, if you want to have any of your previously published stuff to show up in this history - you'll have to re-post it. Ja ja, stop groaning.

Also, I activated the 'Profile' option. If you want to, you can add a little info about yourself (all about how you cry at sunsets and love horses and such), but the main reason I added it is because you can save a few links there - and I know bloggers love their links. You can add info by going to:

My Account / Edit / My Info

I'm gonna try and get this post to stick to the front page for a few days, so everone can get to see it.

open the blog, and look for 'Edit'. You can either change the contents or delete the whole entry.

you need to use just a little html... but it's easy. Use the pointy brackets near your comma and full stop rather than the round ones i use here and go:

(a href="now here put the url of the site you want to link to, e.g. http://theoldmark.com i usually just copy and paste from my address bar") and here put the text or word you want to appear as a link(/a).

Pointy brackets where ever i have round ones.

put here after the last pointy bracket
put a pointy bracket ( like this one, but pointy, after here

And another thing. You asked a question (twice, I think) about fixing the comments getting narrower. Not gonna happen - see, that's the main thing about this format. You can see the logical thread of the comments. Take a look at one of the posts with many comments - you'll see what I mean...
