thats my new rythm of choice. going to hijack d's copy for the dining room dance sessions. (maybe some skynyrd too!)

odd - i fell asleep this afternoon - pondering the possibility of an informal weekly free movement group for women - each brings a favourite compilation at the beginning - anything from jazz to joplin and draws a match for when it gets played... the others will learn to experience music and body rhythm / response differently each time. the only rule: dance like nobody is watching.

Sounds like a fabulous idea! Just woke up in the most amazing mood today and it just hasn't quit. The positivity has followed me all day and made obstacles surmountable, joy sustainable...and the cherry on top is that after chucking my tax return back and a hasty efiling yesterday, my return has already been assessed and I am apparently due for about a grand back. So, you can imagine that I'm on top of the world today.
